Maybe you're busy? Maybe you're bored? Maybe you feel a little disconnected? Maybe none of the above! Regardless, as the days pass, sometimes our routines take over and we space out on paying attention to the most important people in our lives. This book is a little daily reminder to look into the eyes of the one you love and let them know you see them there, sitting shotgun in your shared adventure. The prompts are short. This shouldn't be another inconvenience on your to-do list. The point is not to labor over writing something deep or poetic, the point is to sit down with your partner everyday and take some time to talk about your life together. List some good things you noticed, list some bothersome things you noticed, then remember why you chose each other and talk about it. When you get started, you should each pick a different color pen and stick with it through the book so you can easily see who answered what. During the next week there are simple prompts to get you talking. You each get a line to write a short thought. At the end of the week there's space for processing things a bit more deeply. There's also space for you to plan a date night, or a date lunch, or a date walk, whatever. Just make some time to hang out together! We've given you some fun little date suggestions to get things rolling but be creative and make up your own, too!
